- Zack was suddenly behind Trini and Kimbery after they'd flipped Bulk and Skull, yet he hadn't been there in the previous shot. (03:59)
- Kimberly wore a communicator, despite the fact Billy had not yet introduced them to the teens. (04:27)
- Jason slightly trips on the edge of the mat when walking toward Billy. (04:38)
- Kim said, "Oh my gosh, what's happening?", Trini said "This is too weird," and Jason said, "Hold on!", all before the teens had begun to teleport. (07:38)
- The teens teleported in their future Ranger colors before they'd been given their powers. (07:42)
- The Viewing Globe showed Rita, on her flying bicycle, and Goldar flying over a city, yet Rita wasn't shown leaving her moon palace in the episode. (09:06)
- The Viewing Globe also showed a group of Putty Patrollers in a park, seemingly before Rita had sent any to Earth. (09:10)
- In two long-distance shots as the teens trekked through the mountains after walking out on Zordon, the teens were wearing clothes from the unaired pilot episode rather than the final version of this episode. (11:20)
- As the teens walked through the desert, the double-peaked mountain could be seen in the background, but with no Command Center on it. (11:59)
- Rita was suddenly in a cave when she sent the Putties to Earth. (12:23)
- As the teens were knocked down by Putties in the desert, their Morphers switched from coin-side-out to handle-side-out. (13:38)
- In one shot of Red Ranger on the rooftop, he had his Blade Blaster drawn, while he didn't in the previous and following shots. (15:15)
- Though the Rangers had called their Dinozords from the city, the scene moved to the rock quarry as soon as Jason began his jump up to his zord. (15:57)
- Jason knew the name of the Megazord's Power Sword, seemingly without having been told. (18:17)
- The Megazord's hands would often switch from large robot hands to human hands wearing silver gloves during battle. (18:20)
