- The American and Sentai Frankenstein monster's eyes differed greatly in size. (08:56)
- Alpha wasn't shown in the Command Center when the teens teleported in, but he was then present despite having been at the masquerade party earlier. (11:32)
- After the Ranger's roll call, the Megazord in Tank Mode had already been formed, despite the Dinozords still being separate in the previous shot. (13:31)
- The Power Sword flipped between shots: it flew down from the sky point-down, but it was point-up when the Megazord caught it. (14:13)
- In an overhead shot of the giant Frankenstein monster holding the Megazord over his head in downtown Angel Grove, it could be seen that the sky background was actually a wall several yards away. (15:59)
- To form the Dragonzord in Battle Mode, Jason called for the "Megadragonzord." (17:05)
- All 5 Rangers (excluding Green Ranger) were present in the cockpit of the Dragonzord in Battle Mode. (17:47)
- While the zord fight took place in a city landscape, the explosion caused by the Frankenstein monster's destruction took place in a country landscape. (18:03)
- Not seeing Alpha at the masquerade party after the Rangers' battle with the Frankenstein monster, Billy wondered what had happened to Alpha, yet Alpha had been in the Command Center for the teens' briefing about the Super Putties. (18:40)
- Tommy's costume looked identical to the Frankenstein monster; he said the monster had given him some ideas for the "final touches" on his costume, but he would have had very little time to make such changes to its design. (18:57)
- This episode originally aired twenty-sixth (after "Gung Ho!") but should have been aired twenty-fifth (before "Gung Ho!").
