| Mistakes |
- Finster was shown working on the Bones model while discussing the creation of the Samurai Fan Man with Rita. (03:07)
- Kim threw her broken umbrella into a recycle bin at school. (04:05)
- Zordon told the other four teens that Tommy had been "injured while attempting to rescue" Kimberly, but what had happened was that the gas from Samurai Fan Man's bottle had knocked Tommy out as he stood nearby yelling Kim's name. (08:16)
- As the Rangers flew through an interdimensional vortex before Alpha had rescued them, they took the form of their unmorphed Zyuranger counterparts. (10:46)
- The Rangers posed with the unused Battle Bikes behind them, not having been shown teleporting. (12:34)
- Yellow Ranger was not shown jumping up and into her zord. (13:44)
- The familiar "Megazord: Activated" sound effect was not present. (17:25)
- The Power Sword flipped between shots: it flew down from the sky point-down, but it was point-up when the Megazord caught it. (17:31)
