| Mistakes |
- The cocoon was oriented on one circular face in the sentai footage, with the axis aligned vertically, yet the US footage of the Rangers inside it had the cocoon horizontal. (07:07)
- Inside the cocoon, each of the five Rangers bore a communicator around the outside of his or her morphed wrist. (07:11)
- The Megazord symbol was present at the back of the cockpit of Dragonzord Battle Mode (12:36)
- When the Rangers flipped down from the Megazord, each was shown holding the "Thunder Slingers." (13:58)
- To help the Rangers fight Scorpina's giant pet worm, Tommy announced, "Right here, Rangers, morphed and ready!," but he had been morphed and helping them since calling the Dragonzord to help against giant Babe Ruthless, whom the Rangers had just fought. (15:38)
- When Tommy called the Dragonzord back to action, it walked out of the sea, yet it had just moments earlier disassembled from the Dragonzord Battle Mode formation. (15:44)
