| Mistakes |
- When the teens are leaving the Youth Center to head to the park, Kimberly trips as she is looking to the side and nearly falls into Trini. (04:59)
- Skull lost his sunglasses in between shots. (07:21)
- Although he'd summoned the Dragon Shield and Dragon Dagger to fight Polluticorn, Red Ranger no longer had the shield and dagger once the monster had grown. (14:19)
- The familiar "Megazord: Activated" sound effect was not present. (14:31)
- The Power Sword flipped between shots: it flew down from the sky point-down, but it was point-up when the Megazord caught it. (15:06)
- Despite flying through the air when the Rangers initiated Megazord's Power Sword finisher, the zord seemed to be standing on solid ground when executing it. (15:14)
- It is extremely unlikely that Skull could have edited the video tape into its final form merely by chance. (17:56)
