- Jason, Trini, and Zack morphed wearing wetsuits, then after a brief battle were in the Command Center wearing casual clothes as they described the battle to Zordon. (11:08)
- Jason told Zordon they'd had a lot of trouble with the Goo Fish, and Zack said it was one of Rita's worst monsters ever, yet it had retreated into the ocean the moment Jason had rushed to the scene and shot it with his Blade Blaster. (11:11)
- The Viewing Globe showed a scene of Goo Fish's own venom falling back in his face, an occurrence which hadn't yet happened. (11:52)
- After Kimberly logged in in her Pterodactyl, the zord was shown as still being in the volcano even though it had already left. (15:42)
- When Red Ranger pulled his Power Coin out of his morpher to form his Power Crystal, his Power Morpher had "Zyuranger" and "Kyoryusentai" written on it rather than "Power Rangers." (15:45)
- The Megazord cockpit lacked the dinosaur symbol behind Red Ranger in one shot. (17:45)
