A Zeo Beginning, Part I
- In Tommy's flashback of the destruction of the Command Center, Alpha's voice was momentarily slurred, covering up his "I don't know what to do" line which he had originally said in Hogday Afternoon, Part II.
- Tommy pronounced, "What a mess," as, "What a miss."
- The Zeo Crystal was somehow still in the rubble of the destroyed Command Center, and Rito and Goldar were now amnesic on a residential street in Angel Grove; the two villains no longer had their swords, and Goldar had lost his wings.
- The six teens said they couldn't move their feet, preventing them from moving elsewhere, yet all throughout the sinking process, their feet could be seen moving around.
- The Cogs' chants of "Mondo" were in non-robotic voices, yet at all other times, the Cogs' voices would sound robotic.
- If the Machine Skybase was on the moon (as revealed in Game Of Honor, Revelations Of Gold, and Where On Earth Is Zeo Ranger 5?), it is unknown why the landscape around the Machine Skybase was brown rather than gray.
- When the Zeo Crystal made the six teens fall through a shaft in the ground into the basement, the basement was, with the exception of a considerable amount of dust, relatively unaffected by the implosion device which had gone off within the basement, destroying the Command Center above.
- Although the Viewing Screen was a monitor, not a globe, the name "Viewing Globe" would continue to be used.
- Zedd, Rita, Finster, Baboo, Squatt, and some Tengas walked away from the palace at ground level, which seemed to come up to the balcony making the palace appear to be sunken into the ground.
- Vile asked about the horrible sound in the background, and Rita said it was the Machine Empire's invasion, but once Vile had appeared, the explosions had stopped.
- When the teens asked about Zordon, Alpha nervously (almost sadly) apologized deeply and realized he should have told them the news right away; in the continuation of this scene in A Zeo Beginning, Part II, however, his reply to the teens' same inquiry was different, as he cheerfully told them Zordon was just fine.
