| Mistakes |
- When Mondo teleported the monsters to his balcony room, only Pollenator was shown teleporting; Adrian was apparently standing blankly behind Mondo when Pollenator arrived. (11:22)
- The disc on Rocky's Zeonizer failed to flip up when he connected the Zeonizers (though the generic disc close-up before the morph sequence did appear. (12:47)
- When Rocky was in the medical table, his feet toward the large end, the table again had its large end now pointed away from the wall, and the table was now closer to the middle of the room rather than against the wall. (14:20)
- There were gaps between the large foot covering of the medical table and the rectangular glass enclosure which formed around the rest of the table to contain the pure oxygen. (17:14)
