Numbor's plan to add weight to Angel Grove to make it sink into the ocean would require a great increase in weight. If Numbor was in fact capable of such a feat, it is unknown why Divatox did not use this power on a grander scale, or for that matter, why Numbor worked for anyone in the first place. (04:19)
