The Delta Discovery
- As the Megaship soon cruised up to Hercuron, its outer two boosters were still engaged.
- Later, as the four teens ran toward the jump tubes, T.J. called, "Let's rocket!" and they did their pre-morph gestures, but they then went down the jump tubes without having morphed.
- Often when the Megaship was shown from behind during the Rangers' departure, their streaks would fly from somewhere on the front right side of the ship rather than the standard left area.
- The atmosphere of Hercuron had perfect temperature, pressure, and composition for unprotected humans.
- When the Rangers summoned their Galaxy Gliders, only 4 arrived, with the Blue Galaxy Glider missing.
- When the four Rangers flew to Earth while Andros went after the Delta Megaship, there were actually five streaks rather than four flying down from the Megaship.
- The Delta Megaship was apparently in orbit around an Earth-like planet, but, on the other hand, the Earth would often also be shown erroneously in the background of other various space scenes.
- After the Astro Megazord Saber's finishing move, Crocovile split into two. In the first shot, the original was on the right. However, in the next shot, the two had reversed their positions.
- There was an I.N.E.T. logo on the panel of the Delta Megaship's control room which opened to reveal the security disc readers.
- Unless Astronema had some sort of magical protection from the elements, the atmosphere of the dry, desert planet where she spoke to Dark Specter also had perfect temperature, pressure, and composition.
