The Rangers' Mega Voyage
- When the Astro Delta Megazord got back up after being thrown down by the giant spawn monster, it was the Astro Megazord instead, with Carlos rather than Andros in the center in one shot.
- The Astro Megazord fell back down, and the Astro Delta Megazord then got back up as Andros kicked in reserve power.
- Both before and after Darkonda's impaling of the Astro Megazord with his bone weapon, the Megazord was constantly switching between impaled and not impaled.
- Although the Astro Delta separation was shown in space, it was apparently supposed to happen downtown, as the Megazord was not shown lifting off, and the Delta Megazord then flew up from downtown after the separation.
- After the Astro Delta Megazord had separated and the Delta Mega had flown off, a monitor seemingly on the bridge showed schematics of the Astro Megazord with the flashing text "Sealed On," and Alpha, near the "Communications" console, said separation was complete.
- Skygantor's story had inaccuracies from one of two perspectives: (1) he either overheard their conversation at the bar and upstairs or (2) he incorrectly recalled Andros saying "I win" after winning the card game.
- A blue Earth-like planet would very often be visible in the starry sky above Ganymede even though no such celestial body resided anywhere near Ganymede.
- The Battlizer vanished from Andros's arm almost immediately after the Rangers had left the Delta Megaship inside the Ganymede moonbase.
- Fighting the Rangers along with the Quantrons, Ecliptor was stunned by a single punch to his chest from Red Ranger.
- As Andros went into the area beyond, filled with even more controls, he was suddenly carrying under his arm some sort of gray, square, flat object the size of a briefcase.
- The computer's voice listing off the names of the Mega Vehicles did not match the spotlights.
- The poles that each Ranger slid down to his or her Mega Vehicle has large INET signs nearby.
- Despite the Astro Megazord's energy level being at 0%, the lights remained on, displays remained powered, DECA was still able to speak (albeit low and garbled beyond recognition.), and Zhane's cryogenic tube remained operational.
- The Mega Voyager, upon being formed, was shown quite close in front of Ganymede, as usual, but at this point, the Rangers should have been closer to Earth.
- Often before flying down from the sky on Earth, the Mega Voyager would be shown flying down from Ganymede, but its apparent proximity to the Earth should have made it the Earth's moon.
- Ashley was working on tubes hanging from the ceiling before she checked Carlos's station and said everything on Earth was still quiet, but how she would've known this with the scanning circuits ruined is unknown.
