Rising From Ashes

1. The teens now knew the names of both Magmavore and Trifire despite never being shown told their names.
2. After being slammed down with it's arms extended by Magmavore and Trifire, the Lightspeed Megazord then was on its feet with its arms normal.
3. To enter the cave sealed by boulders, unmorphed Joel blasted through the rock with his Rescue Blaster; finding no monsters inside, he then "holstered" his blaster offscreen and entered, although he was wearing no holster.
4. To deploy the Rail Rescues again later, Mitchell called for the Train Bay (calling it the "Rescue Bay") to surface, yet a shot of the Rail Rescues' cockpit had just shown light rising through the windshield, suggesting the front of the Train Bay had just opened (underwater).
