The Queen's Return

1. Jinxer's view through a telescope from the skull castle showed the solar system vastly out of scale and with the Earth among the planets.
2. Carter was shown holding his Rescue Blaster in Baton mode, despite not having it in a previuos shot, when called by Spellbinder.
3. The Solarzord's cockpit buttons were, like Rescue Ops, strikingly similar to the Megaship's consoles, even bearing the same yellow "Emergency Alert" rectangle.
4. Bansheera generated a tidal wave which loomed from behind the Train Bay, yet the Train Bay's apparent northwest orientation with respect to the west-facing Aquabase would have made the tidal wave come from within the bay rather than the sea.
