Mistakes
- Upon grabbing the urn and then hearing someone coming, Rito, Baboo, and Squatt pretended to be exhibits rather than teleport out. (06:10)
- When the Face Stealer was freed, the urn appeared to transform into the Face Stealer, even though the monster and urn were two separate entities. (07:40)
- After the fist covers attached to the Ape and Wolf Ninjazords, the zords were shown without them while combining with the Bear Ninjazord. (15:01)
- As the Ninja MegaFalconzord descended to merge with Titanus, its legs bore the stickers from the U.S. toy rather than its normal designs; the pentagon symbols now contained N's rather than J's, and lightning bolt symbols had been added. (16:37)
- While the Ninja MegaFalconzord was part of the Ninja Ultrazord, the Bear's mouth on its chest wasn't holding in its mouth the bar it usually held while in Megazord and MegaFalconzord modes. (16:38)
- Titanus was missing its paw covers when the Ninja Ultrazord started moving, but were replaced in the next shot. (16:49)
- After Bulk and Skull entered the museum with the urn and the masks which they had been given by the Rangers, two security guards captured the two junior police, saying they'd been told to bring in anyone seen in possession of the stolen artifacts; oddly, this implies that not only was the urn reported stolen, but also the masks, which Azina had loaned the Rangers. (18:52)
