When Lord Zedd returned, he decided to make a few changes. First, he shurnk Rita, placed her back in her dumpster, and banished her into space for her inexcusable incompetence. Then, he created the more powerful Z Putties to wreak havoc on the Power Rangers. Finally, he jammed the mighty Dinozords and turned them against the Rangers with one blast of his evil energy. Now, he is biding his time in Rita’s castle on the moon looking for weaknesses and waiting for the perfect moment to destroy the Power Rangers and add the Earth to his Empire of Evil.
