Billy’s favorite hobby is to invent all kinds of mechanical devices including the Power Rangers’ communicators, which work as both communication devices and teleporters. He also built the amazing RAD BUG, or Remote Activated Drivingzord for Basic Ultra Geomorphology. However, his volcano class project proved to be one of his less significant experiments.
