Even though Billy was chosen as a Power Ranger because of his intelligence, he has worked very hard at his martial arts training. He tends to use a defensive style of fighting that allows him to analyze the battle. This style often causes his enemies to make careless mistakes.
Ranger Rummy Rule #6: The object of the game is to get cards with the five different Power Weapons in your hand. The first player to do this wins the game.
