Billy was given the honor of hosting the World Teen Summit at Angel Grove High, where six ambassadors had come to interview students for the upcoming World Peace Summit in Switzerland. Everyone thought that Billy would surely be picked to attend the Summit, but much to their surprise Jason, Zack, and Trini were chosen instead.
Ranger Rummy Rule #8: Ideally, you will need all 42 cards to play the game. You can, however, still play as long as you have cards containing at least one complete set of the Power Weapons.
