The White Ranger’s true identity is Tommy. After Tommy lost his Green Ranger™ powers, Zordon made him the White Ranger, much to the delight of the other Power Rangers! Because of his amazing new powers, Zordon appointed him as the new leader of the Power Rangers.
Ranger Rummy Rule #12: Each player can discard up to three cards in one turn. The discarded cards should be placed in a separate pile next to the pick-up pile.
