Power Rangers Collectible Card Game
First hitting shelves in late 2008, Bandai America returns to utilizing card designs created for their Japanese counterpart’s Carddass series, this time adapting art from the popular Rangers Strike series to create the Power Rangers Collectible Card Game (CCG).
The first (and ultimately only) series, “It’s Morphin Time!”, can be found in both loose blister packs (#23962) (which are themselves available in a larger case (#23963)) or as a blister pack on card (#23960).
Plans for a second series were announced in the Fall of 2009, but no details were revealed before the game’s cancellation.

“It’s Morphin Time!” Booster Series #1
Released: October 2008
Basic Set: 80 cards
Complete Set: 155 cards
(each non-Gold Foil card has a Holographic counterpart)
Each Collectible Card Pack Includes:
- 8 randomly selected cards: 5 common, 2 uncommon, 1 rare
- 1 Parallel Holographic card randomly inserted (1:1 pack)
- Gold Foil cards randomly inserted (1:6 packs)
- a Power Rangers CCG Game Rules insert (PDF)
The rarity of a card is determined by the number of dots in the lower left-hand corner: (zero dots) = common, one dot = uncommon, two dots = rare, three dots = Gold Foil.
During their initial release, the first two volumes of Power Rangers Jungle Fury on DVD each came with three Holographic promo cards. The promo cards with Volume 1 were “autographed” in gold foil by their respective Ranger and the promo cards with Volume 2 had the “Official Seal of the Order of the Claw”.
