Zordon I Shrunk The Rangers Part II

Alpha stands at the viewing Globe. Billy's voice comes in distorted and faint.

Billy

(o.c.)

Do you read me? Alpha, Zordon!

Alpha

Aye yai yai! Billy!!! What's happened to you?!!!

Zordon

Billy, are you and the others safe at the moment?

Billy

(o.c.)

I don't know for how long! Rita managed to get a hold of my device and shrunk us all!

Zordon

I want you to stay put in the general vicinity as long as you can. Alpha, contact the others!

Alpha

Right, Zordon!! Aye yai yai!

Kimberly, Tommy and Adam refill plates to the homeless who are gathered at the table eating. Tommy hears his communicator go off. He signals to the other two and points to his communicator. Adam and Kimberly move to join him.

Kimberly

I had a feeling something was wrong.

Tommy

(softly)

We read you, what's up?

Alpha

(o.c.)

Rangers, you must teleport to the Command Center at once. Something's happened to Billy and the others. Hurry!

Tommy

We're on our way.

Adam

I hope they're alright.

Kimberly

Come on!

The three hurriedly exit.

Rita stands looking through her repulsascope. She pulls back and laughs.

Rita

That Goldunce baboon better not let those Rangers get away!!!

Lord Zedd sits in his chair concentrating through his laser vision.

Lord Zedd

I see that Zordon has just called the other Rangers in to the Command Center!

Rita

Perfect! They'll come to the rescue of their tiny friends and we'll shrink them too!!!

Rita and Lord Zedd share a maniacal laugh.

The three Rangers stand looking through the Viewing Globe. Alpha stands to the side working on some kind of mechanism. Tommy talks into his communicator.

Tommy

Hang in there buddy, we're gonna get you guys out of there.

INSERT: Shot of Billy, Aiesha and Rocky huddled by the rock. Billy talks into his communicator.

Billy

Could you hurry,...there's some bugs around here the size of a station wagon.

Kimberly turns to Zordon.

Kimberly

We've got to go get them!

Zordon

I'm afraid you must wait here until Alpha can devise a protective shield source.

Zordon (cont'd)

Goldar and Finster are still in possession of Billy's device. We must not take any chances of you three being shrunk also.

Adam

How long will that take?

Alpha

I've almost got it! It'll just be a jiffy.

The three turn back to the Viewing Globe.

Bulk and Skull come from the kitchen wearing soiled aprons.

Bulk

Have you ever seen so many dishes in your life?

Skull

I've got dish pan hands! I think I even have dish pan elbows!!

Ernie comes up to them with a bin of dirty dishes and plops them in their arms.

Ernie

Back to work guys, there's plenty more where that came from.

Bulk and Skull stare disgustedly at Ernie as he walks away.

Bulk

(mimicking Ernie)

There's plenty more where that came from...I'm sick of these dishes! We were so close to being rich!

Skull

Yeah, now the only thing we're close to is...more dishes.

Skull begins to carry the dishes back to the kitchen. Bulk stops him.

Bulk

Wait a minute! I bet the Power Rangers have taken care of those creeps in the park by now!

Skull

So?

Bulk

So...I bet the device is still where you dropped it!!

Skull

I dropped it?!!...You dropped it! You wouldn't even let me carry it! Remember?

Bulk grabs the bin of dishes and sets them down. He begins to untie his apron.

Bulk

Details! Minor details! Come on Skull! We're gonna go get that device and we're gonna be rich once and for all!

Bulk yanks Skull out of frame. A beat later Skull's apron flies into frame and lands on the discarded bin of dishes.

Alpha stands before Kimberly, Tommy and Adam holding a large metal tubed mechanism. He runs it over their bodies creating a shower of sparks.

Alpha

This should protect you from the shrinking rays of Billy's device.

Zordon

Alpha and I will try to track a progress report of the others. I must warn you, it may be difficult to find them.

Kimberly

We'll just have to watch where we step.

Adam

Let's do it!

Tommy

It's morphin time!

The three go into the morphing sequence.

The three Rangers land in the park in front of Goldar and Finster who are both on their knees.

White Ranger

Looking for something?

Goldar and Finster scramble to their feet.

Goldar

Prepare to join your tiny friends! Get em Finster!

Finster

With pleasure!

Finster aims the device toward the three and switches the lever. A ray of light emits but bounces of the Rangers forms and hits a tree. The tree is now the size of a bonsai tree.

Goldar

Fool! What did you do to it?!

Finster

Nothing! I...It must have malfunctioned...

The three Rangers begin to advance on Finster.

Pink Ranger

You'd better hand that over now!

Finster

I think I left something boiling back at the palace!

Finster drops the device and vanishes.

Goldar

(to sky)

Coward! (To Rangers) Welcome to my little search party! Watch where you step, your friends could be anywhere!

Goldar begins to stomp around wildly!

Adam

Stop it!

Goldar

(to sky)

Putties!!!

A group of putties appear and also begin to jump around stomping wildly.

Pink Ranger

They're going to crush them! (to ground) Run! Where ever you guys are,...Run!

White Ranger

I've had just about enough of this!

Tommy looks down carefully and leaps at Goldar. Kimberly and Adam begin to battle the putties.

Angle - Green Screen

Billy, Aiesha and Rocky are running frantically as the whole ground vibrates and thunders below them.

Blue Ranger

Come on! We've gotta get outta here!

Aiesha trips and falls. Goldar's foot crashes down beside her nearly hitting her.

Yellow Ranger

Ahhhh!

Rocky helps her up and they both run together.

Red Ranger

Keep moving!!!

Wide Angle

Three big Rangers are fighting as carefully as they can so as not to step on their tiny counterparts.

Another Angle Near Fight Scene - Same

Bulk and Skull come gliding up near the fight scene on skate boards. (NOTE: One skate board to match Japanese White Ranger skate board footage.) They near the fight scene.

Skull

Bulk,...I don't think this is such a good idea. The Power Rangers are still fighting that Gold thing!

Suddenly two putties fly toward them knocking them off their skate boards. They scream and scramble up. Bulk takes off on his skate board as Skull runs behind him.

Skull

Wait for me!!!

Skull jumps on Bulk's skateboard too. The camera follows Skull's discarded skate board (Japanese match) as it rolls down the path toward the fight and comes to a stop.

Angle - Green Screen

Billy, Aiesha and Adam run toward the abandoned skate board.

Red Ranger

Come on! We've got wheels!

Yellow Ranger

We'll have to push it to get a start!

Blue Ranger

We'll all do it together.

Wide Angle - Same

Bulk and Skull are careening on the skateboard. Out of control, the skate board skips and they both go flying into a bush. They see stars as they dizzily sit up. Skull looks dazed at the path before him.

SKULL'S P.O.V. - The three tiny Rangers riding by on the skate board.

Skull taps Bulk and smiles.

Skull

Look Bulky,...Baby Rangers...

Bulk observes the sight and smiles.

Bulk

Yeah,...baby Rangers...

The two knock heads and faint.

Another Angle - Same

The three big Rangers are battling Goldar and the putties. Goldar knocks Tommy to the side and he goes down. Tommy glances down the path in time to see the tiny Rangers headed away on the skateboard. He scrambles up and runs toward them.

Goldar

So! Finally the great white Ranger runs in fear!

Kimberly and Adam see Tommy running to the skate board just as Goldar does.

Goldar

Putties! Follow that skate board! Don't let him get near it!

A group of putties break away in pursuit. Two catch up to Tommy and begin to haul him down.

Pink Ranger

No!!

Adam and Kimberly launch into an attack against Goldar and the remaining putties.

Black Ranger

We've got to finish this!

Rita runs to Lord Zedd in great agitation.

Rita

Zedd!! That bumbling baboon is making a mess out of the whole thing! Make a monster to go down and do the job right!!

Lord Zedd

There isn't time my little boo blister. I'll have to use my monster regurgitator and bring back the Nimrod and clones, AC and DC!

Rita

Well do it already!!!

Nimrod and AC and DC appear in the park. They see the tiny Rangers on the skateboard with Tommy and the putties in pursuit. In the distance, Kimberly, Adam, Goldar and the other putties are still fighting.

Nimrod

Anyone for some target practice?!

AC

Oh yes, lets!

DC

Absolutely!

Nimrod and clones send a rippling explosion toward the skate board. The explosion shakes the ground.

Angle - Green Screen - Same

The three tiny Rangers are thrown from the skate board by the impact.

Blue Ranger

Ahhhhhh!!!!

Wide Angle - Same

The skate board flips and flies past the pursuing putties coming to a stop near Tommy's feet.

Another Angle - Same

Adam and Kimberly notice the flying skate board.

Pink Ranger

Oh no!!!

The two launch into a fiery attack against Goldar and the putties.

Another Angle - Same

The putties fall down on their knees trying to find the fleeing tiny Rangers. Nimrod and clones being to run through the park looking also.

Nimrod

Where are you hiding my little snackletts!

Tommy dispenses of the two putties at his side and looks down at the skateboard and jumps on it. He goes down the road and flies over a moving truck.

White Ranger

Hang on guys! Help is on the way!!!

Tommy jumps off the skate board and battles the putties that are looking for the tiny Rangers.

White Ranger

Why don't you pick on someone your own size goo ball!!!

Another Angle - Same

Kimberly and Adam manage to defeat Goldar and the putties and run toward Tommy.

Angle - Green Screen

Billy, Aiesha and Rocky clamber up on a mushroom.

Blue Ranger

Tommy! We're here!

Another Angle - Same

Tommy spots the tiny Rangers as he get's rid of the last of the putties. Suddenly, he is attacked by the giant eared clone, AC?

AC

How bout a little one on one big boy?

Kimberly and Adam run up to the fight. Tommy struggles with the clone. (NOTE: Shoot inserts of red gloved arm impact shots on White Ranger.)

White Ranger

Get the others! They're by that rock!

Kimberly and Adam run towards the rock and spot Nimrod and the other clone DC advancing toward the rock also.

Pink Ranger

We've got to divert them from the others!

Black Ranger

Hey! Over here!

Nimrod and the clone spot Kimberly and Adam and pursue them Kimberly and Adam run the opposite direction.

Pink Ranger

Run!!!

Tommy battles the Ear Monster and finally defeats it. Tommy falls on the ground out of breath. Kimberly and Adam run back into the clearing also winded.

White Ranger

Where are the other goons?

Pink Ranger

We lost them for the moment!

Black Ranger

Let's find the others and get out of here before they come back!

They move quickly to the rock and spot the tiny Rangers.

White Ranger

Come on guys, let's get you back to the Command Center.

Yellow Ranger

It's about time!

Kimberly, Tommy and Adam all pick up a tiny Ranger and teleport out.

Bulk and Skull wander through the park near the battle sight.

Skull

Bulk, how could we have both had the same dream? I know I saw baby Rangers and you saw them too!!!

Bulk

Trust me Skull, it was a dream....at least that's what I'm going to tell everyone if you tell them about this.

Bulk stops suddenly and points.

Bulk

Skull, is that what I think it is?

Skull looks over to see Billy's device once again abandoned on the ground.

Skull

(sarcastically)

No Bulk, it's just a dream.

Bulk bonks him on the head and picks the device up pointing toward the two of them.

Bulk

I don't believe it! We've been given another chance! We're gonna be rich!

Skull

And, what ever you do, do not push this button!

Skull pushes the button to emphasize his point. The device begins to shake and suddenly Bulk and Skull are immersed within a bright light. Slowly the two begin to shrink.

Bulk

Now look what you've done!

Skull

Mommy!!!

The big Rangers stand next to Alpha looking across the room at the little Rangers which are on the floor.

White Ranger

You think this is going to work Alpha?

Alpha

I've managed to replicate the bio waves within the molecular structure of their chemistry make up.

Zordon

Alpha will activate their molecules encouraging growth.

Pink Ranger

The sooner the better.

Black Ranger

We need them. Nimrod and clone are still on the loose.

Alpha

Here goes!

Alpha pushes a melange of buttons and switches. Light enfolds the tiny Rangers and they grown back to normal size.

Red Ranger

Morphenominal!

Yellow Ranger

I will never complain about being short again!

Blue Ranger

Back to normal at last!

White Ranger

Are we glad to see you!

Alpha gazes into the Viewing Globe.

Alpha

Aye yai yai!

Pink Ranger

What is it Alpha?

Alpha

I'm afraid Bulk and Skull are in big trouble. They must of gotten a hold of your device Billy.

Blue Ranger

Oh no!

The Rangers crowd around to look.

INSERT: GREEN SCREEN: Bulk and Skull are shaking in terror in the grass. There is a deep rumbling growl. The camera pans to a close up of a German Sheppard peering down at them. Bulk and Skull grab onto each other and whimper in terror.

Bulk

N...n...nice doggie!

The dog barks loudly. The two look at each other and scream.
