  • Kim and Melissa had a good laugh together at Billy's attempt at dancing.
  • Melissa's new friend Beth and three of Beth's friends were hypnotized by the Gnarly Gnome as they left the Youth Center with Melissa to go to Beth's house to tell her mom that they were going to the mall because of a sale.
  • Melissa's deafness made her immune to the Gnarly Gnome's hypnotic accordian.
  • After her friends had been captured and she'd been shut outside of the Gnarly Gnome's cave, Melissa went back to the Youth Center for help.
  • Melissa led all of the teens to the cave where her friends had been taken.
  • The teens morphed just after Melissa had ducked behind the bushes; even if she didn't see them, it's likely she would have seen the Rangers in place of the five teens.
  • As Melissa and the teens led the girls out of the cave after the Rangers' battle with the Gnarly Gnome, Kim explained to the girls how Melissa had run for help and a monster had hypnotized and trapped them in the cave; since the girls had to be informed what had happened, it follows that the girl's voice which told Kim in normal speech that Kim should've seen the Rangers, as they had been great, had to be Melissa's voice.
  • Melissa dragged Billy off to dance with a class that was dancing at the time.

  • Billy and Willy did some sort of secret geek handshake gesture, complete with sound effects and tugging on overall straps at the end.

  • After being kidnapped by Putties, Maria was later suspended by a rope near an old factory, and the Chunky Chicken cut the rope, letting her drop, when the Rangers wouldn't give Rita the Power Eggs; the Megazord caught her, and the remote-controlled RADBUG drove her to safety.
