  • A TV reporter said it had been unusually quiet in downtown Angel Grove for the past several weeks, which was good news since their local heroes the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers hadn't been seen or heard from in some time; some people believed the Rangers had returned to their own planet.

  • Jennifer looked exactly like Zarius of Edenoi, but without the mind crystal.
  • Jennifer was partners with a Rocky to design a computer game for a science project.
  • Silo's body looked exactly like the robot fighters in the computer game Rocky and Jennifer were designing at the time the Cogs were finishing up Silo's construction.
  • Jennifer was either consciously or unconsciously ignoring Rocky's attempts to ask her to the upcoming dance on Friday.
  • The game was currently a fighting game, but Jennifer was displeased with it; to demonstrate the way it was supposed to work, she supposedly wiped and rebooted the computer's main hard drive (!), and when the game came back up, it was a trivia game in which one player was asked a question and then blasted with a missile if he answered incorrectly.
  • With the "main chip" still not responding, Jennifer headed home to do some tests.
  • Telling Rocky to meet her back there later that afternoon, Jennifer activated a security code on the resource center's (public) computer so no one could get into the system while they were gone.
  • Jennifer let Rocky keep the password when he volunteered.
  • Jennifer wanted an A+ for the science project.
  • The password Jennifer had entered was "MOOK."
  • Upon returning later, Jennifer was on the computer, trying to figure out what had happened; unbeknownst to her, a Cog had stolen the password from Rocky and then the game from the computer in order to program Silo.
  • Rocky admitted it was his fault someone had broken into the system and gotten rid of their software, and Jennifer told him she'd known she couldn't trust him to be responsible; he then gave her the disk containing the software, telling her he'd found it in a junkyard.
  • When Rocky asked Jennifer to the dance since he'd saved the project, she told him with hostility that it was his fault the software was touched in the first place, but she then had what looked like a nervous half-smirk on her face when Rocky began to cut her off and then ask her why she'd been giving him the cold shoulder the whole time they'd been working together.
  • Jennifer had a lot riding on her science grade, and she wanted a scholarship from the college she was looking into, which was watching her closely.
  • When Rocky made sure Jennifer didn't have it in for him, she replied that it wasn't "that way at all."
  • Jennifer and Rocky decided to be friends, and then Jennifer, really busy on Friday, gave Rocky a rain check for some other time.

  • Mr. Toggle, a teacher at Angel Grove High, wanted his students (which included Tommy and Kat) to do a report on family cares and relationships, so the students had to pretend to be married to their partners for the week.
  • After the reports were over, Mr. Toggle approached Tommy and Kat in the resource center, not having had a chance to tell them how much he'd enjoyed their report since class had run long.
  • Mr. Toggle had thought Tommy and Kat's use of baby Joey was brilliant; he gave them both A's.
  • Mr. Toggle was married and had twin children.
  • Kat rather reluctantly accepted when Mr. Toggle needed a babysitter for Saturday night; Tommy chuckled and rubbed it in a bit that Kat would be babysitting again, but Mr. Toggle wanted him also, and Tommy reluctantly agreed.

  • Joey was a friend of Kat's family whom she babysat all the time; Kat had volunteered to watch Joey for a several days to give herself and Tommy some insight for the school project in which they had to pretend to be married to each other for a week.
  • Joey's crying in Angel Grove High's resource center made everyone leave.
  • Later, Tommy left Joey in a baby room somewhere, once Joey had finally gone to sleep.
  • Boohoo the Clown put Joey under a spell which increased the volume of his crying to destructive levels.
  • The next day when Rocky woke Joey up to say hi, Joey's piercing crying was so loud that it caused the ground to quake.
  • After Kat and Rocky took Joey outside in his stroller and then had Alpha watch him, Boohoo and the Cogs teleported away with Joey and the stroller, taking him to the Angel Grove power plant; soon afterward, Joey was shown smiling, his stroller located up on a high ledge at the power plant.
  • Joey again cried when morphed Tommy went to give him his bottle but found that it was empty.
  • Boohoo's energy blast (perhaps inadvertantly) sent Joey's stroller falling off its high ledge, but mid-fall, as morphed Tommy was diving down to catch the stroller, Billy safely teleported Joey to the Power Chamber, and Billy was soon shown holding Joey in his arm in the Power Chamber.

  • Puppetman threw a bucket-full of water in Captain Pete's face when he said that day's secret word, "Power Rangers."
  • "Power Rangers" is a phrase, not a single word.
  • Captain Pete could juggle.
  • Captain Pete hid behind his set while evil Puppetman and the hypnotized children trashed the Youth Center around him.
  • After the Rangers had broken evil Puppetman's spell over the kids and destroyed Puppetman, Alpha had reassembled Puppetman, this time with a deflector to prevent Mondo from regaining control; Puppetman was back in Captain Pete's act that same day, and the kids still loved the show.

  • Miss Rodriguez, apparently an administrator or counselor at Angel Grove, had been going through Adam's class schedule and noticed that he'd taken creative writing twice; she wanted Adam to have more of a challenge, and for him to strive to be a more well-rounded student, so she handed him a schedule assigning him to take a classical music class.
  • Miss Rodriguez also had Skull take the same classical music class.

    440-TJOB

  • Miss Rodriguez got hit in the head with a pie on the way into the Juice Bar, yet another one of the pranks set up by a practical joker striking at Angel Grove High and the Youth Center.
  • Miss Rodriguez planned to find out who was behind the practical jokes before Mr. Caplan got back from vacation.
  • Bulk and Skull volunteered to find the culprit, and Miss Rodriguez agreed to hire them; when Humphrey and Bogart, "Ace Crimesolvers" (and the actual culprits) gave Miss Rodriguez their card, Miss Rodriguez said the first duo to find the practical jokester would be handsomely rewarded.
  • Although it had been Kat and Tanya who identified Humphrey and Bogart as the culprits behind the practical jokes, Miss Rodriguez told Bulk and Skull their check would be in the mail as she hauled Humphrey and Bogart off.

    444-BMOT

  • Delmar sold tickets to Mr. Caplan, Rocky, Tanya, Adam, and many more people.
  • Later in the Youth Center, Delmar was swamped by people wanting to buy tickets.

  • Delmar had Bulk and Skull buy fifty tickets each from him.
  • Delmar was sure he would be going to Maui for selling the most raffle tickets.
  • Lt. Stone liked Delmar and told Bulk and Skull they could learn a lot from him.

  • After Bulk had been caught trying to impress Connie while dressed as an English gentlemen, Chief Crandall said he wouldn't tolerate any fraternizing in the ranks, especially with his daughter.
  • Bulk got Skull to come into the police station with him; they were both dressed as beatniks, and Bulk read a nonsensical love poem to Connie.
  • When Bulk and Skull had a fan blow papers and feathers all over the place as Bulk held a chicken as a visual aid, Lt. Stone and Chief Crandall came into the room; Chief Crandall fired Lt. Stone for the actions of Bulk and Skull, and Bulk and Skull quit as well.
  • At the dance at the Youth Center, Connie apologized to Bulk for her father's being overprotective, and she explained that she'd quit the Junior Police Patrol too, because she'd only joined to impress her father.
  • Connie asked Bulk to dance, and he accepted, realizing that they both shouldn't pretend to be people they weren't.

  • Emily rode behind Eddie on his bike.
  • Eddie gave Ernie twenty-four hours to clear out of the area.
  • Apparently the next day, Emily explained to Jason that when she'd first moved to Angel Grove, no one would talk to her, so she'd joined Eddie's biker gang, since they were the only ones who would talk to her.
  • After hearing how Jason had helped Emily, Eddie took his biker gang to the beach club to show his appreciation by having the gang help set up the beach club.
