701-QsQ1

  • Throughout the control tower atop the city dome were futuristic white hallways with blue strip lights and futuristic sliding doors; windows in the hallways looked out into space.
  • Only GSA officers, and later civilian guards, would be shown in these hallways, with the exception of an occasional civilian repairman for maintenance and repair on wall panels and terminals.

    703-RTTR

  • To get to the Megaship, Maya confidently led Leo and Damon through a GSA-style hallway; after they'd gone through a sliding door, the three teens looked around and stopped at a closed door on the immediate left.
  • A sign above a keypad to the door said, "Closed, Do Not Open."
  • As they kept watching out in the direction opposite the sealed door, Maya entered a quick code which opened the door, and they went into a short hallway looking like an airlock with yet another closed door.
  • At the second door's panel, Maya pushed the lower left button, opening the doors, which led into a room of the Megaship in the docking bay.
  • Right after the airlock's doors had slid shut after the teens, the Megaship doorway's own doors then sealed over them as well.
  • The teens now lived in futuristic rooms located off GSA-style corridors, with Kai, Damon, and Leo sharing a room and Kendrix and Maya sharing another; how and when they had gotten these rooms is unknown.

    704-Rook

  • In a metallic dome structure no larger than a modest house, GSA officers (mostly blue) were in a line handing laser rifles to Leo, and he put them on racks.
  • Pleased, Kai handed Leo a security card, telling him to lock up when he was done; he then drove off.
  • Outside the metal dome building were bushes and trees.
  • Later, Leo casually walked out of the door and closed the metal doors, perhaps not even all the way, forgetting to lock them.
  • In Command Headquarters some time later, an alarm chimed, and Kai found a security breach in the "weapons dome," and he then asked Leo if he'd locked the weapons room; his distinction between a dome and room seemed to indicate that an entire subdome was used to house weapons and that the metal structure was only a small section of it, but he would later say Scorpius had stolen all of the weapons from the GSA "weapons dome."
  • Near the front door of the metal dome structure was a large GSA sign.

    707-DblD

  • In a GSA training room, Kendrix and Kai sparred in gray and Ranger-colored workout suits; the other three teens soon entered freely to show Kendrix a magazine.

    712-ORis

  • On the outside of each GSA-style door was a small version of the oval badge design, with perhaps a blue stripe.

    716-DFrG

  • Mike Corbett, newly-returned second officer under Commander Stanton, was allowed free entrance past two black-suited guards into High Command, where Stanton was giving the councilors a progress report; none of the leaders had been expecting Mike.

    719-LGb1

  • One night, Maya came into the Science Division as Kendrix was studying the Galaxy Book alone.

    721-Heir

  • Near an alley in downtown Terra Venture, Deviot and Stingwingers came up a GSA escalator; Deviot carried a silver cylinder which Damon and Leo recognized to be an energy cell, and which had apparently just been stolen from the GSA.
  • Deviot lured the Rangers to the "Dome Five warehouse" by threatening to plant the energy cell there to blow up the colony.

    723-MMir

  • In the Science Division, with a red Type 3 officer at another table and a labcoat scientist nearby, Kendrix was studying the Galaxy Book.
  • Maya, giving her Mirinoite friend Shondra a grand tour, brought in Shondra.
  • After leaving the girls' GSA dorm the next day, Maya emerged from a Terra Venture escalator onto the city dome's street level, indicating the dorms were located somewhere below the city dome.

    724-GrCr

  • Damon was in a GSA corridor in the control tower when High Councilor Renier, Councilor Brody, and Commander Stanton walked by discussing an approaching meteoroid field.
  • When Damon tried to return a report Renier had dropped, he was grappled by two guards accompanying the leaders; Renier told the guards it wasn't against the law to be polite, then thanked Damon.

    725-BTst

  • In an alley under construction in the city near the administration building was a door with a security keypad, leading into a small room or storage closet; Kai knew the code required to lock and unlock the door.

    734-TVol

  • Days after Stanton had selected Baxter's proposal for an ultrasonic transmitter, in a GSA assembly area guarded by various armed soldiers, red-uniformed officers in white labcoats, with GSA badges on the left breast, were scattered about on the construction, along with one or two stray coat-less blue-uniformed officers; the only manual laborer shown was an African-American man in a red Terra Venture uniform who was grinding down a part.
  • Damon had somehow made in inside to secretly tell Baxter about the danger of the design, but Baxter blew him off.
  • After Baxter had resigned and recommended Damon as chief mechanic, Stanton showed Damon his new office, a smallish GSA-style suite with a space window, design boards, and a desk.
  • Stanton showed Damon his desk, shocking Damon, and Stanton proudly explained it was for all his paperwork, saying he wouldn't have any more dirty hands, but Damon backed out, convincing Stanton to give the position back to Baxter.

    735-EnLG

  • Sent by Stanton to a detention cell after he wouldn't reveal why he'd tried to steal the Galaxy Book, the Guardian was taken in handcuffs to the cell area.
  • Outside the small GSA-style cell, Terra Venture guards armed with laser rifles uncuffed him, and Kai took him into the cell.
  • Inside the cell was a keypad which could be activated by security code to open or close the door.

    739-DrBa

  • After delivering flowers (secretly from Hexuba) to both the guys' (Leo, Damon, and Kai) and girls' (Maya and Karone) quarters (leaving the flowers outside the girls' unoccupied room), a delivery guy asked a red GSA officer in a hallway where Michael Corbett's room was, and he was pointed to the correct door nearby.

    740-HGrv

  • In a GSA hallway late one night, the hall was empty except for a few hardhat workers at a panel.
  • To access the GSA elevator leading to Command Headquarters, Stanton waved his hand in front of a semicircular scanner beside the doors.

    703-RTTR

  • The teens now lived in futuristic rooms located off GSA-style corridors, with Kai, Damon, and Leo sharing a room and Kendrix and Maya sharing another; how and when they had gotten these rooms is unknown.
  • These rooms were presumably special living arrangements, perhaps only for GSA officers, as no other civilians were shown living in such rooms.

    704-Rook

  • If the guys' room's door were "north," then on the west wall was a computer terminal with numerous monitors in the wall, the kitchen was in the northeast section of the room, and a wall of windows looking into space were along the southern end of the eastern wall; at the south end were three bunk beds built as recesses in the wall, to the right of which on the west wall was another door which presumably led to a bathroom.
  • The black keyboard of the computer terminal had white keys arranged in an IBM layout, with sections of keys faintly glowing different colors, red, green, and blue.
  • Damon's bed, decorated green, was the top bunk in the guys' room; Kai's, decorated blue, was in the middle; Leo's, red, was on bottom.

    707-DblD

  • Kendrix and Maya shared a different room, identical to the guys' except for personal decorations.
  • On a stand in the girls' room by the couch and chairs in the center of the room was a fairly large, black, flat-screen television; it would not always be there.
  • The middle bunk in the girls' room was yellow, filled with odd decorations, with pink on bottom; the top bunk was covered by a gray cloth, not used.

    708-BlCr

  • The guys' room also had a flat-screen television which could apparently be removed or hidden like the one in the girls' room; the teens used this TV to play a videotape Kai had recorded earlier using Stanton's camcorder.
  • To announce company, the door would emit an electronic chime.

    712-ORis

  • To the left of the bunks in the girls' room, in what was presumably Maya's corner, were a hammock, several tall plants, a basket, what looked like a wooden lamp and lampshade, and a wooden ladder leading up the side of the wall to nowhere.
  • Leo and Kai were able to put their heads to the door of the girls' room without having the door open automatically; it would soon open, however, as Maya approached.

    713-ORet

  • The bunks in the girls' room were now switched, with Kendrix's pink bunk in the middle and the yellow, unused bunk on bottom.
  • As Maya stood outside the guys' room in the middle of the night, the doorbell chimed inside.

    716-DFrG

  • Looking around secretively, Mike (who had returned after months of absence but hadn't yet revealed himself to GSA command) led the injured Leo into a dorm which was either his or the guys' and sat him at the table while he got an emergency medical kit from the cabinet.

    717-StlB

  • To go from an unknown origin to the floor containing the girls' room, the guys rode a somewhat long ride in a GSA-style elevator.

    723-MMir

  • After leaving the girls' GSA dorm, Maya emerged from a Terra Venture escalator onto the city dome's street level, indicating the dorms were located somewhere below the city dome.

    742-EsLG

  • In the guys' room, the teens and Mike sat to figure out a plan; Maya paced and then sat, Karone sat with a football, and Kai set up tiny pieces on a multi-tiered chess set; Leo and Damon were at the computer.
  • On a lamp table in the room was a plastic extenda-sphere just like the one young Karone and Andros had played with as kids on KO-35.
  • Later sitting on the couch to study the Galaxy Book which had been hidden in his room all along, Kai shoved a football and baseball mit off the coffee table.
  • The flat-screen TV was now in the corner to the right of the bunks, between the bunks and the bathroom door.

    701-QsQ1

  • Somewhere apparently in the middle segment of Terra Venture was a spacious landing bay with two massive sliding doors; the bay appeared to be a multipurpose launch/docking bay, as it was quite a bit larger than the shuttle which landed inside to drop off one of the last groups of passengers.
  • A vast tunnel may have run perpendicular to the entranceway, presumably for the storage of other spacecraft.
  • Some time after the last shuttles had landed in the docking bay, passengers walked into an enormous center referred to in this guide as a shuttleport, used as a thoroughfare for civilians and GSA officers alike in going to and from flights.
  • Despite heliships regularly shown departing from the launch bay in the future, this time soldiers marched toward heliships which lay outside an outdoor hangar, and the heliships then flew upward to get to the moon.

    702-QsQ2

  • After the training exercise, the heliship landed in an outdoor area again.
  • Some time later, the Megaship returned minutes before Terra Venture's departure; the docking bay doors opened, and the Megaship landed inside without anyone in Command Headquarters seeming to have noticed.

  • The Megaship soon lifted off from the open launch bay, and the massive doors closed behind the ship.

    705-Hmsk

  • As the Rangers prepared to fly out from the Megaship in the launch bay in their new Jet Jammers, Leo called out, "Open docking bay!" and the Jammer bay doors opened to reveal space.
  • The massive launch bay doors slid shut after the Jammers had flown out originating from the docked Megaship; this had all probably occurred automatically, as everyone on Terra Venture appeared to be unconscious from Gasser's gas at the time.
  • The launch bay was located somewhere in the large lower segment of Terra Venture.

    718-ReMi

  • A heliship flew out of the launch bay to fly to an alien ship nearby.

    730-TenP

  • An establishment shot of the Megaship parked in the launch bay was shown for the first time.

    731-PPnk

  • The launch bay doors could remain open an still maintain an atmosphere inside.

    742-EsLG

  • On the Megaship, Leo prepared all systems to dock with Terra Venture, and it flew into the docking bay just before Terra Venture escaped the Lost Galaxy.

    744-End2

  • Although Terra Venture had smashed against Mirinoi's moon and only the city dome remained, the Megaship had still survived somehow.

    717-StlB

  • After emerging from an underground stairwell into the streets of the city dome, Mike went to the Comet Cafe, a GSA-style cafe with GSA corridors outside; the cafe may have been in the control tower.
  • Bulk and Professor Phenomenus worked behind the counter of the cafe, both wearing brown outfits which seemed African in design.
  • As disguised Trakeena walked into the cafe from a GSA-style outer hallway, a Terra Venture electric car was moving slowly in the hallway.
  • Most of the cafe patrons were GSA officers, though one woman at a table was in a gray-jacket Terra Venture uniform.
  • Mike had ordered a burger and fries, which for some reason turned out to be the cafe's last burger available.

    734-TVol

  • In the Comet Cafe, the patrons were mostly in red and blue GSA uniforms, with a few gray-jacketed citizens.
  • A waiter and a bartender were in African-type clothes like the Professor and Bulk wore.
  • A flyer on the Job Postings board in the mostly GSA-exclusive Comet Cafe, attracting a small crowd at the board, said a chief mechanic for the GSA was wanted.
  • A curving stairset in the corner went to a higher floor.

    744-End2

  • As legions of Stingwingers terrorized people who were being evacuated to shuttles after the city dome's crash on Mirinoi's moon, Bulk and Professor Phenomenus were among the fleeing people, both in their brown Comet Cafe robes.
