  • MedRescue 5, a giant futuristic ambulance, was the Pink Lightspeed Ranger's Lightspeed Rescuezord.
  • MedRescue 5 formed the right leg of the Lightspeed Megazord.
  • When Carter's visor showed graphics of the Lightspeed Megazord assembling, MedRescue 5 was named "Pink Aider 5."

  • At a gridlocked freeway which Dana had to clear to make a landing strip, giant MedRescue 5 backed up and opened its rear panel, which formed a ramp into its open rear section; Dana's voice spoke over a loudspeaker, telling everyong to drive quickly and carefully into the MedRescue vehicle.
  • Cars and trucks drove in as requested, soon packing the vehicles onto two levels inside the rear of the Zord, and the hatch closed, MedRescue 5 driving off with the freeway clear; the cars were presumably released elsewhere.
