  • The instruction manual for the Red Lightning Turbozord, had "RV" and Japanese writing on the cover.

    527-OLHo

  • Artillatron had across its side the same "VRV" found in multiple places on the Rescuezords and Rescue Megazord.
  • In the rear of each Rescuezord cockpit was a Ranger-colored circle contraining the VRV symbol.
  • The gas and brake pedals of the Rescuezords had "VRV" on them.

  • Now that the Rangers possessed both the Rescuezords and the Turbozords, morphed robot T.J. summoned the Rescue Megazord for the Robot Rangers to use against giant Flash Head.
  • Justin later summoned the Rescuezords for the real Rangers to use the Rescue Megazord against giant Voltmeister.

  • T.J. summoned the Turbozords, not the Rescuezords, for the Rangers to use the Turbo Megazord against the remaining Red Creep.

    537-Accd

  • The Rangers used the Rescue Megazord against Terrorzord.
  • When Cassie used a Turbo Navigator in the Rescue Megazord to track down Terrorzord once it had vanished, a VRV symbol represented the Megazord.

    538-CBFr

  • The Rangers summoned the Rescue Megazord to use against Terrorzord a second time, and they also used it against giant Mr. Goorific.

    539-CrvB

  • T.J. summoned the Turbozords, not the Rescuezords, for the Rangers to use the Turbo Megazord against giant Strikeout, probably knowing the Spinout could bat back the monster's pitches.

    540-C&TC

  • The Rangers summoned the Rescue Megazord to use against giant Count Nocturn, but it was soon chained to a giant cross, forcing the Rangers to evacuate to the Turbozords.
  • The components of the Turbo Megazord and Rescue Megazord were interchangeable, allowing the Rangers to combine the Red Lightning and Mountain Blaster Turbozords with the Wind Rescue, Star Racer, and Thunder Loader Rescuezords to form the Rescue Turbo Megazord.

    541-LSMn

  • The Rangers summoned the Rescue Megazord to use against the Divazord.

    542-RivR

  • The Rangers summoned the Rescue Megazord to use against the Sharkzord.
  • As the Rescue Megazord fought the Sharkzord underwater, Ashley's Turbo Navigator display in the Rescue Megazord showed a display of the Rescue Megazord (with the torso green and all else flashing red), along with the "Power Boost Ratio" going down from 80% to 60%; as the accompanying power bar dropped, it turned from green to yellow once it had dropped below 75%, and there was a white line where 50% would be.
  • After Blue Senturion had arrived in Robo Racer, the Rescue Megazord started to walk away, but the Rangers discovered they were still losing power.
  • The Rangers switched into the Turbo Megazord because of the power loss the Rescue Megazord was experiencing, but Cassie's Turbo Navigator display showed "Power Unit Empty," a flashing orange Turbo Megazord display, and the power bar dropping from 25% to 18%; the bar turned from yellow to red once it had dropped below 25%.
  • While the Rescue Megazord's Turbo Navigator display had "VRV" in large text in the corner, the Turbo Megazord's Turbo Navigator display showed "RV."
  • Justin had Carlos put the reverse power online.

    543-P&Pc

  • T.J. summoned the Rescue Megazord, but the Rangers actually ended up using the five Rescuezords individually against the three evil Zords.

    544-CIS1

  • The Rangers summoned the Rescue Megazord to use against Goldgoyle, but when they were forced to self-destruct it, they switched over to the Turbozords, which T.J. had summoned moments before the explosion; the Turbo Megazord was soon crippled by Goldgoyle.

    540-C&TC

  • After giant Count Nocturn had damged the Rescue Megazord's chest (Lightning Fire Tamer) and the Turbo Megazord's hands and legs (Wind Chaser, Desert Thunder, and Dune Star), Carlos thought to combine the undamaged components of the Turbo Megazord and Rescue Megazord.
  • After the Turbo Megazord had disassembled, the Rescue Megazord's limbs (Wind Rescue, Thunder Loader, and Star Racer) glowed with Ranger-colored energy and broke away from their chains, then instantly transformed into vehicle form; after Mountain Blaster and Red Lightning had driven off a cliff and combined in midair, the three Rescuezords united with them, completing the Rescue Turbo Megazord assembly.
  • The Rescue Turbo Megazord's cockpit was actually the Turbo Megazord's cockpit (in Red Lightning), but with the Green and Red Rangers' seats swapped.
  • The Rescue Turbo Megazord used the Turbo Megazord Saber to slice apart giant Count Nocturn's sledgehammer weapon.
  • The Rescue Turbo Megazord's chest ray, combined with the artillery cannons, destroyed giant Count Nocturn.
