-   Once the Zeo Megazord was complete, the Zeo Five Battle Helmet, the default helmet, would always descend onto the Megazord's head.
-   The Zeo Five Battle Helmet was not a visible component of Zeozord Five.
-   After Tommy had pressed a red button to summon the Zeo Megazord Saber, the Zeo symbol on the Zeo Megazord's Zeo Five Battle Helmet would flash with yellow light, then the Megazord would brandish its saber.

-   Billy entered the Power Chamber's main room from the northwest entrance to tell Zordon that the Zeo Battle Helmets were ready for a test run; Zordon told him, "excellent work."
-   Billy said that each Battle Helmet was designed with its own power (presumably meaning "its own ability or attack" and not "its own energy source").
-   When the Rangers needed to use the Battle Helmets without first testing them, Alpha tried to warn that the helmets could backfire, but Billy insisted there was no other choice.
-   Billy told the Rangers that each of the Zeozords featured an additional power source which they had installed with the new Zeo Battle Helmets.
-   Billy explained to the Rangers: green was Zeo gravity power, yellow was Zeo rocket power, pink was Zeo cannon power, blue was Zeo pyramid power, and red was Zeo warrior mode.
-   After telling Adam to try the gravity power, Tommy pulled back a crystal-handled lever, removing the Zeo Five Battle Helmet; after Tommy and Adam had mysteriously switched seats in the tiny cockpit, Adam pushed the lever forward to the Zeo Four Battle Helmet's position; a monitor switched from showing the Zeo Five Battle Helmet on the Megazord to the Zeo Four Battle Helmet on the Megazord, and the actual Zeo Four Battle Helmet then descended onto the Megazord's head; future Battle Helmet changes were performed in this manner, with Tommy switching seats with whomever was activating his or her Battle Helmet (and previous Battle Helmet users, if there were any, returning to their normal seats).
-   The Zeo Four Battle Helmet was Zeozord Four's head, turned around backwards.
-   Adam pushed a green button on the controls, and the Zeo Four Battle Helmet's horns glowed with what looked like red energy, then the Zeo Megazord disintegrated the chains around itself with white energy.
?   After the Megazord had broken free from the chains seemingly as a result of the Zeo Four Battle Helmet's power, Adam declared that gravity control was locked in, but as he said this, the Megazord continued to drift toward the sun; it would appear that the Zeo Four Battle Helmet actually gave the Megazord a boost of strength rather than controlling the force of gravity.
-   The Zeo Two Battle Helmet was the top of Zeozord Two.
-   Tanya pushed a yellow button to fire the rockets which doubled as the Zeo Two Battle Helmet's small cannons; these rockets successfully sent the Zeo Megazord flying back to Earth.
-   The Zeo One Battle Helmet was the top of Zeozord One.
-   Kat pushed a pink button, causing the cannon of the Zeo One Battle Helmet to fire a yellow or red energy blast.
-   Rocky pushed a blue button, causing the Zeo Three Battle Helmet to project blue energy triangles from its forehead, encasing giant Silo in a telekinetic crystal blue forcefield which picked him up and dropped him.
-   The Zeo Five Battle Helmet's "warrior mode" was merely to summon its saber, which it had been able to do prior to the introduction of the new Battle Helmets.

-   The Zeo Megazord head-butted giant evil Puppetman with the Zeo Four Battle Helmet.

-   The Zeo Four Battle Helmet shot green energy bolts from its horns.
-   After the Megazord had head-butted giant Mean Screen in the monitor with the Zeo Four Battle Helmet and the Zeo Three Battle Helmet had slammed him onto the ground repeatedly, it was an energy blast in the form of blue triangles from the Zeo Three Battle Helmet which finally shattered the monitor.

-   Wearing the Zeo Two Battle Helmet, the Zeo Megazord did a flying kick.
-   Wearing the Zeo One Battle Helmet, the Zeo Megazord spun around with pink energy, blowing giant Defoliator back.
