402-AZB2.
-   An indeterminate amount of time after Billy had stepped down from being a Ranger, the five teens were looking at their Zeonizers, which were lying on a black table.
-   Each teen's Zeonizer consisted of two wrist-mounted devices, one for each wrist.
-   Each Zeonizer's right-hand wristband contained a Zeonizer Crystal, a small red crystal in the shape of a hexagonal prism.
-   Saying it was time for the teens to accept the power of the Zeo Crystal, Zordon said the Zeonizers would allow the five teens to morph and call upon their new Zeo powers; Alpha and Billy then together pushed buttons on the eastern Power Chamber console.
-   The teens were wearing their Zeonizers when the Zeo Subcrystals suited them up in their Zeo Ranger suits.
-   To morph into battle for the first time after being suited up in their Zeo Ranger suits by the Zeo Subcrystals, the helmetless Zeo Rangers held out their arms, causing their Zeonizers to appear (between shots) on their morphed wrists; they then connected the Zeonizers and performed their standard morph sequences for the first time.
-   To connect the Zeonizers, the right wristband, held vertically, was connected (from the side closest to the wearer) to the horizontally-held left wristband, causing a gold disc to flip up from the left wristband, initiating the morph.

403-ShSt.
-   To summon her Zeonizers, Tanya merely reached both hands behind her back; the five teens would do this before their group morph later in the episode.

404-Trgt.
-   For Rocky and Adam to summon their Zeonizers, Adam twisted his left wrist with a call of "Zeo power!", and the device appeared on his wrist with two green square outlines; Rocky then twisted his right wrist with the same call, and his appeared on his wrist with two blue triangle outlines.
-   Whenever the Zeonizers were summoned by a teen, the left Zeonizer would replace the communicator on the teen's left wrist.
-   To prepare to morph, the five teens reached both arms behind their backs; they did the same in 405-FCOL.

406-Outf.
-   Rocky kept his Zeonizer in his bookbag and left the pouch of the bookbag hanging open so that the Zeonizer was visible while he, Adam, and Shawn were to practice batting at the batting cages.
-   Cogs stole the Zeonizer from Rocky's bookbag after Rocky had been trapped inside the People Pitcher.
-   Soon afterward, the Cogs had the stolen Zeonizer (actually, it seemed to be only the right wristband), and the Rangers passed it amongst each other in a game of keep-away with the Cogs throughout the fun park.
-   To prepare to morph, Rocky reached both arms behind his back while holding his unfastened Zeonizers.

407-EDog.
-   After being blasted off her Zeo Jet Cycle by Digster and sent rolling down a steep, rocky hill, Kat demorphed for some reason as she rolled down the hill; after the demorph, she had one Zeonizer wristband on her right wrist, but on her left wrist was merely her communicator, which she would damage on the way down the hill.
-   When the Cogs eventually assaulted Kat after catching up to her, one Cog knocked off the Zeonizer wristband which was still on her right wrist at that point.
-   The Zeonizer bands attached with velcro.
-   On his way back to Kat, Smokey picked up her dropped Zeonizer and went to take it to her.
-   Once Smokey had given Kat her one Zeonizer, she then had both for her morph.
-   Before connecting her Zeonizers, Kat did arm sweeps as pink energy flowed down her arms and body and then back up, then as she connected them, a pink energy oval outline emerged from the devices.

409-IORS.
-   For Rocky, Tanya, and Kat to morph while running, they held out their left arms, with the Zeonizers already on their wrists, then connected the Zeonizers.
-   When Rocky, Tanya, and Kat morphed while running, Ranger-colored light shone from the Zeonizers once the devices were connected, and the Ranger helmets then flew from the Zeonizers and covered their faces while the same light shone around their bodies and suited them up the rest of the way.

411-AFBS.
-   When Tommy twisted his right wrist, his right Zeonizer appeared with a single red energy star outline, then a twist of the left wrist summoned the left Zeonizer in the same manner; this standard method of Zeonizer summoning, featuring the twist-activated Ranger-colored Zeo shape appearance, would be used from this point on unless otherwise stated.
-   From this episode through 428-PwOG, the wrist-twist summoning would always begin with the right Zeonizer, followed by the left one.
-   When Rocky later summoned his Zeonizers with blue triangles, he didn't twist his wrists; he merely held out his arms.
?   The disc on Rocky's Zeonizer failed to flip up when he connected the Zeonizers (though the generic disc close-up before the morph sequence did appear); he would have this problem again in 429-SmPr and 435-MLSt, in which he quite obviously failed to connect the Zeonizers properly; the same problem would also happen to Kat in 432-DIKY and Tommy in 444-BMOT and 446-AS&D.

419-Chal.
-   Rather than twisting his wrists, Adam summoned his Zeonizers by quickly criss-crossing his arms in a blocking position.

421-Bro?.
?   Tommy's Zeonizer-summoning wrist twists had two red stars, rather than one, for each Zeonizer.

429-SmPr.
-   From this point on (except in 432-DIKY), all of the Zeonizer-summoning wrist twists would be done in the opposite order (left wrist, then right wrist) from the order in which they had been done in the past.

434-GHom.
-   The teens couldn't morph while the Zeo Crystals were being used to energize the Golden Power Staff.

435-MLSt.
?   When Rocky summoned his Zeonizers, they appeared with a quick series of four blue triangles, each.

439-RCGo.
-   To morph while his arms were grappled by Cogs, Adam managed to pull his right arm free and summon one Zeonizer; he then fended the Cogs off with one arm, freeing his left arm and allowing him to summon his other Zeonizer; at the same time, Kat freed her arms from the Cogs, but she wasn't shown doing so.

443-Kng2.
-   The teens were unable to summon their Zeonizers (or, in Jason's case, to morph) in the Machine Arena while Gasket's forcefield was blocking their morphing powers.

444-BMOT.
?   When Tommy summoned his Zeonizers, they appeared with red triangle outlines rather than red star outlines; this mistake would happen again in the same episode, then again in 446-AS&D.
?   When Adam summoned his Zeonizers, they appeared with green triangle outlines rather than green square outlines.

500-TPRM.
?   When Kat summoned her Zeonizers while hanging off the edge of a cliff, she summoned the right Zeonizer and then the left; the wrist-twist motions were not accompanied by any energy effects, but rather the Zeonizers merely appeared on her wrists between similar camera shots.
?   When Kat connected her Zeonizers while in free-fall from a cliff, pink (rather than green) light shone out from the connected Zeonizers just before the morph began; additionally, she kept her arms in the Zeonizer-connection position throughout the morph rather than lowering her arms to her sides as she normally had done.

402-AZB2.
-   Each Zeonizer's right-hand wristband contained a Zeonizer Crystal, a small red crystal in the shape of a hexagonal prism.
-   To connect the Zeonizers, the right wristband, held vertically, was connected (from the side closest to the wearer) to the horizontally-held left wristband, causing a gold disc to flip up from the left wristband, initiating the morph.

403-ShSt.
-   Close-ups on the Zeonizer Crystals showed that each red crystal had what looked like a white label around it, bearing a yellow square with a hexagonal symbol in it, containing shapes which looked like the sequence "circle, triangle, triangle, circle."
?   Zordon told Tommy to use his Zeonizer Crystal to activate the Zeo Megazord, but all five Rangers inserted their Zeonizer Crystals.
-   The Rangers inserted their Zeonizer Crystals into the center of their individual Zord controls, at which point a column of orange energy shot up from each crystal; once the five crystals had been inserted, the Zeozords suddenly fled the scene, as though they had received a sudden power boost, and soon initiated the Zeo Megazord transformation.
-   The Zeonizer Crystals of Tommy, Tanya, and Kat were in the controls in front of each of their seats in the Zeo Megazord cockpit; presumably, Rocky and Adam had controls of their own with their Zeonizer Crystals in them, but no controls could be seen.

418-InSp.
-   Billy had modified Tommy's Zeonizer Crystal to access the Red Battlezord.
?   When Tommy teleported into the Red Battlezord cockpit, his Zeonizer Crystal was already in the controls; unless otherwise noted, the Zeonizer Crystal would always be there ahead of time.
?   In his dark and lifeless Red Battlezord cockpit with the Zeonizer Crystal no longer in the controls, Tommy said all systems were back online, and then when he reinserted his Zeonizer Crystal to try it one more time, the Zeonizer Crystal made a red column of light, and the cockpit lit up again.

428-PwOG.
-   Sitting in the cockpit seat of Pyramidas, Gold Ranger inserted an object resembling a wide Zeonizer Crystal, shaped like the Gold Ranger symbol, and from it beamed a gold or orange vertical energy column.

434-GHom.
-   The Zeonizer Crystals weren't shown to be used in the Super Zeozord cockpits.

448-RTW2.
-   Cog Changer piloted the Zeo Megazord without a Zeonizer Crystal in the cockpit.
