- For Rocky’s morph from Ninja Ranger to Power Ranger, Rocky’s morpher was closed, yet all other morphers were open. (08:43)
- Lord Zedd was missing his staff when Rita decided to make Brick Bully grow. (14:40)
- The Blue Shogunzord was shown striking Brick Bully with its staff but then Brick Bully was shown intact and without the Blue Shogunzord or its staff in sight before exploding. (16:31)
