Mistakes
- The recap of the previous episode featured an unused shot showing all the Rangers striking the usual morphing pose for the first time, despite not having been shown how. (00:14)
- As morphed T.J. and Ashley finished off simulated opponents in the Simudeck, Ranger-colored text boxes reading “Megablue” and “Megayellow” appeared in front of them. (01:01)
- At the end of the simudeck session, the background elements were grossly out of proportion with the Rangers. (01:06)
- The Dark Fortress, an enormous saucer ship, was half real, and half composed of empty green gridlines which rotated along with the spaceship as it rotated slowly; there would never, however, be any evidence inside the Dark Fortress of any less-than-real areas. (02:13)
- Astronema wasn’t wearing her locket in one scene. (03:16)
- Despite it not being mentioned, based on the identical layout to the Youth Center and the very similar exterior, it can be inferred that some time shortly after the ex-Turbo Ranger teens’ departure from Earth in the Astro Megashuttle, Adelle bought the Youth Center from Lt. Stone and remodeled it into the Surf Spot. (03:59)
- During the fight, a Quantron’s helmet popped up to reveal a human mouth and nose. (10:04)
- Ecliptor was erroneously in his second form as he walked up. (12:45)
- The other four Rangers were missing for a moment while Andros fought Ecliptor, making Ecliptor assume they were hiding; they rushed up to Andros after he’d been thrown aside. (13:27)
- An INET sign appeared on property belonging to NASADA. (14:30)
- The elevator oddly took the Rangers down to the shuttle rather than up. (14:32)
- An INET sign appeared on the door and door jamb to the control room of the space shuttle. (14:34)
- An INET logo appeared on the seat belts inside the control room of the space shuttle. (14:37)
- An INET sign appeared on the back wall inside the control room of the space shuttle. (14:54)
- Immediately after forming the Astro Megazord, the back display was still for the Astro Megashuttle. (16:19)
- Some time after Ecliptor’s defeat, the Dark Fortress swirled into existence in its warp area, but it was in Earth orbit moments later. (19:10)
