• In one shot of Andros holding the Spiral Saber Booster Mode, the Battlizer was on his wrist transferring glowing gold energy bolts into the Booster Mode, and it charged up with alternating red and blue energy while spinning; he then no longer had the Battlizer as the Booster Mode shot a never-before-seen, non-spinning laser blast. • Andros and Ashley demorphed into civilian clothes despite last being shown in their uniforms before morphing. (12:21)
• As the Megaship was under fire, Zhane flew it into the atmosphere while large amounts of steam were pouring out of the engine room; he suddenly took the Megalift to Megadeck 6 and declared while rushing out near the engine room that he needed the Mega Winger. (12:40)
• Carlos, Cassie, and Carlos demorphed into civilian clothes despite last being shown in their uniforms before morphing. (13:45)
• Despite the fact that Dark Specter was still telling Astronema his plan when attacked by Darkonda, Astronema had to re-enter the room to see what had happened. (16:38)
• Dark Specter was facing Darkonda, away from the Dark Fortress, when he swallowed Darkonda’s Velocifighter whole. However, in the scene of his final destruction a second later, he was facing the Dark Fortress. (17:26)
• The flat-topped bluish-white monster was among Divatox’s army on Gratha but was later among Rita and Zedd’s army on a planet in the Vica Galaxy. (18:27)
• A monster that might have been Termitis as well as a gnat-like monster were among the Machine Empire’s army on the Phantom Ranger’s home planet but were later among Rita and Zedd’s army on a planet in the Vica Galaxy. (18:29)
• Psycho Red’s monster form and a salamander monster were among the Machine Empire’s army on the Phantom Ranger’s home planet but were later among Rita and Zedd’s army on a planet in the Vica Galaxy. (18:30)
