Mistakes
- Olympius’s voice sounded extremely sedated at all times during the episode. (03:01)
- Queen Bansheera’s voice sounded extremely sedated at all times during the episode. (03:09)
- Leo’s voice was frequently a voice other than his own, sounding more like Mike’s. (06:01)
- On the thirteenth floor, morphed Carter and Leo ran toward a hallway junction identical to before, although they would have been coming from the office Heather’s ball had earlier gone in; they kicked in the door, which Carter said had “to be it”. (07:17)
- The door was now on the other end of the room, the east wall, while it had originally been west. (07:18)
- When kicked in, the hallway side of the door’s appearance changed. (07:19)
- From the shadows of the north wall, Trakeena stepped out with her amber-tipped staff; Damon and Kendrix were shocked, as though they were unfamiliar with the possibility of Trakeena’s return. (08:43)
- When Trakeena blasted the Rangers, they were sent flying out the solid, opaque west wall, although from the exterior, the entire building was covered with glass windows. (09:06)
- From exterior shots of the hole near the top of the building, the lab would have been much higher than the thirteenth floor. (09:06)
- To save Carter and others as they fell from a skyscraper, Chad backed up the Rescue Rover and pressed an Inflate/Deflate switch just to the right of the steering wheel, although right beside the switch was a tire pressure gauge. (09:19)
- Jinxer didn’t seem to be at the battle of the eight Rangers and villains until the final switch to Sentai footage. (12:41)
- Giant monster-Trakeena reached her extending hand-tentacle for the Omega Megazord, but Defender Torozord’s lance blocked it. (15:50)
- As explosions from Trakeena struck the Zords, Defender Torozord was present. (16:24)
- As green speck trails from their tubes following Trakeena’s destruction, the captured people materialized lying on the floor of the lab and came to, but there were now only perhaps fifteen or so of them. (18:16)
