Mistakes
- Downtown in the wake of the battle with giant Olympius and Diabolico lay odd, enormous slabs of fallen rock. (02:09)
- Why the Demons didn’t take Ryan’s Titanium Morpher after capturing him is unknown. (04:42)
- The Lifeforce Megazord was ridiculously large, as the Train Bay (containing the five Rail Rescues with room to spare) was supposed to come from a tower, while the Lifeforce Megazord was now nearly twice the height of the towers. (08:40)
- The tunnel the crew of the Aquabase used to escape resembled the Transport tunnel but appeared to be separate from the base’s facility, running between two rocky sections perpendicular to the direction of the base, although this would by no means have been the only perspective error in close-ups of Aquabase domes and tunnels during this episode. (11:37)
- The Lifeforce Megazord slashed what Dana called the connecting tube. In some shots, this was the tunnel between the northwest tower and the sub bay, but Joel commented when attempting to unblock a door that the connecting tube was destroyed. (14:13)
- While the Aquabase was dying and Carter was hiding in the Skull Cavern’s castle, his Morpher inexplicably beeped, revealing his location to Bansheera. (16:45)
- The US Omega Megazord cockpit resembled the US Lifeforce Megazord cockpit rather than the Sentai Omega Megazord cockpit. (18:17)
- It is unlikely that repair crews would’ve repaired the Omega Megazord in the middle of the town instead of returning and doing so at the Aquabase. (18:56)
