- During Troy’s pre-morph sequence, the focus suddenly switched to Gia’s pre-morph sequence. (08:29)
- Troy was able to morph into the Red Ranger by using the Yellow Ranger’s standard Power Card. (08:35)
- The Yellow Lost Galaxy Power Ranger suit was oddly shown with a skirt. (14:35)
- When Jake’s dropped Quasar Saber connected with Gorgax’s collar, it appeared to be the Dragon Dagger. (16:08)
